A Changing of the Guard
Some exciting news on the Hopper front – we welcome some new changes to our Management team.
As of this week, Andy Grey has been newly elected as CEO of Hopper Developments, and Tim Brooks is currently acting CFO until we find a
suitable replacement, thereafter Tim will be looking to a much deserved retirement.

“So it’s happened, I am no longer, well CEO at least.
It’s been an amazing journey, full of the successes and frustrations of working in the property development industry. Did I pick Hopper or did Hopper pick me. What a team of people to work with and for, without exception friends and people with formidable, knowledge, experience and a can-do attitude second to none. I have no qualms in handing the reigns to Andy as CEO and the team we have built over the last seven years, including Shana and Gray. They have the knowledge.”

“Tim's plans for retirement engendered the need for a replacement CEO. It is with elation that we announce Andy Grey as Hoppers new CEO.
Given the scale and complexity of group activities Andy was assessed through an independent evaluation. I am delighted with the result and that we have a family member with my total confidence eager to lead the company.
We thank Tim for his excellent term and wish him well for his retirement. He will however not escape any time soon taking up Andy's departing CFO roll for a period and will hopefully carry on as a Director and family Trustee for many years yet.”
